		<description>I could not agree more on the concept of body image and women feeling defined by what they see in the mirror. (In my own opinion, "women's magazines" play a huge part! All the articles seem designed to tell women how they can be better at something, whether it's cooking or sex.)

So I have LOVED reading "Embracing Your Big Fat Ass." Title says it all! Let's get away from self-hatred and be more accepting, even if what you're accepting is larger than the woman across the street. (I do feel people should be healthy, though... Exercise is very important.) 

The book is laugh-out-loud funny, and the authors even have a &lt;a href="http://www.embracingyourbigfatass.com" rel="nofollow"&gt; BFAB Society!&lt;/a&gt; They want women to get together and change their negative obsessions about their behinds.</description>
