		<description>Hi

I stumbled upon your website/blog and thought your post was well written. I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with 16 years of Clinical experience in back pain treatments.

Due to the enormous mis-information and the many scams on the internet I decided to have my own voice through the site realbackpainrelief.org. I brought into life The Healthy Spine Foundation to help people to provide proven back pain treatments and self help information.

Just wanted to add to the article you have written. From personal experience I found over the years that manipulation doesn't work, to get rid of your back pain problems long term. Also new reports suggest, what we all deep in our hearts have suspected for a long time, regular manipulation cause disc damage!

Going on my own journey to research what does provide effective pain relief long term I developed eventually 'Natural Spine Balance Therapy'. This consist of the following 3 elements:

1)Restoring Mechanical Efficiency of the spine (balance between strenght and flexibility of the spine)

This can be done most effectively and quickest through the use of TheraFlex (see www.realbackpainrelief.org/theraflex)

2)Trigger Point release - very imp[ortant as these can cause ongoing pain. Often the reason for chronic back pain as well; President J.F.Kennedy was helped to get rid of his chronic back pain thru trigger point release techniques by the very lady - Janet Travell - who wrote the trigger point manual. ( see www.realbackpainrelief.org/trigger_point_system)

3)Natural Muscle Balance Therapy - restoring muscle imbalances is of most important (as mentioned in the above article) as this is the reason why the spine is mis-aligned - And this will NOT be done thru manipulation (unfortunately there are still Chiropractors and Osteopaths would like to make their clients believe that by cracking there back they will 'pop' the vertebrae back into place - what a lot of...! The spine goes where the muscles are pulling them.

Yes, a correct diagnosis is very important but providing the correct treatment and personalised program is also of most importance.

I hope this helps and if any further information required please do not hesitate to contact me.

Warm regards
