		<description>Please, please remember - medication does not fix your back pain in anyway - it only relieves the symptoms of your back pain. It is like removing a fire alarm and saying there will be no more fires.

Use medication (and sure there are some side-effects with it) but use it in conjunction with techniques to remove the causes of your back pain. Otherwise you will end up using medication more regularly and become a prime candidate for surgery in the future.

If you are worried about side effects, then look in natural products also. They still work well, but again are symptomatic not curative.
